LOVED the post, Amira. I second all of your tips. Personally, I am really thankful you included the benefits timeline. As a working, breastfeeding mama, it is REALLY hard to keep it up. And knowing all the wonderful benefits to my little guy provides the extra motivation. That and the calorie burn that comes along with breastfeeding. :) Like I needed an excuse to have a cookie.
I loved this post too!! When I first had Alexia, I really struggled too because she had a really strong latch and was really hurting me. I remembered back to your earlier post and how you said it got easier and that definitely helped me through it! I'm so glad I made it through those first few weeks. It feels so good to be able to feed her and to know how much money we are saving too!
loved loved your guest post. it's everything a new mom/soon to be mom should read about breastfeeding. or at least i would have benefitted from it. instead i went in blindly and suffered. anyway...glad i found your blog!
