A Letter to my Valentine

To: Brandon

The owner of my favorite hands,

cleaner of the bathroom,

keeper of the tools,

killer of spiders,

griller of meat.

The one who will wake me up when I'm having a bad dream. The one who will calmly take my computer from my hands when I'm throwing a tantrum about not being able to figure something out - fix it - and hand it back. The one who I can have an entire conversation with in a "vato" accent {don't ask, but it's becoming a real problem.} The one who brought me flowers last week and informed me immediately that they were for Valentine's day "since prices will be jacked up on the actual day" total romantic ladies. The one who threw up all night last Valentine's day. The one who reads by book-light in bed while I'm sleeping, instead of just reading under the bright lights of the family room. The one who tries everyday to make sure I feel loved {in my love language.}
