Saturday was the So Cal Blogger Meet-Up and I had the best time. I got to meet a couple of the girls that I chat with pretty regularly in the blogosphere, as well as meet others whose blogs I will surely start reading. There were about 65 of us who met at Roppongi's in La Jolla on Prospect street (which is a gorgeous area). The girls who planned this event did such a phenomenal job! We each got a name badge with our first name, as well as our blog name, since let's face it, I know most of you by the names of your blogs.

The best part of the day though, was getting to chat with all of the girls! And getting together with a bunch of bloggers means that you can take as many pictures as you want and no one is going to judge you! We all had our huge cameras around our necks most of the day.

so, I have gone to a few meetups and they are never like that one (the bloggers are cute and um, not old?!) Maybe I am in that "old" realm of bloggers because they are mostly mommy bloggers? That group of women looked like fun. I usually take a friend, like you took Kandi to make things normal. I knew I couldn't go to that one because my in-laws arrived from NJ. SO bummed!
I am going to the SD Mommy night out next Thursday, this will be my second event. Hoping they have up'd their anty.

What fun! I've often wondered how you hear about blogger meet ups. I live in Portland and know there are a bunch of us up this way - it'd be so fun to put real faces to the names (and blog titles!)

Is it OK for me to admit how jelly I am?!? ;) So many faces in that crowd that I recognize & love their blogs, but unfortunately I am clear across the other side of the country. My area has a relatively small number of bloggers who are similar to us. But we are definitely doing our best to make sure that we meet each & every one of them!! ;)

Hahaha! YES that purse was on my wishlist for forever too!!!!! I seriously love it. It was expensive... but oh so worth it. I suggest you buy it so you can take it off that wishlist! :)

it seriously sucks i missed this
whole event :( everything got so
overwhelmed .. me going to Vegas
the weekend before and having to
make up the hours this weekend
made it impossible! I am glad you
