Superbowl Sunday

Once the Chargers and Saints were out, Brandon and I no longer had a vested interest in any team. We aren't fans of the Patriots or the Giants so Superbowl Sunday was about the food and the commercials. Duh. We spent the afternoon at Holland & Ashley's lounging on the couch, stuffing our faces, and playing with their baby, Rio.
Sweet little Rio
What did you all think of the half-time show? I've heard mixed reviews. I'm pretty impressed that Madonna can get up there and shake her thing, looking as good as she does at 53. I couldn't dance around in those stiletto boots now,
let alone in my 50's. But a lot of it was kind of weird...and awkward, no?

Also, Brandon and I might have eaten the left-over bean dip for dinner on Monday night.

That dip looks so yum! And I really wasn't impressed with Madonna's half time show. But... I cannot deny that she looked great for her age!

I don't think I could ever dance around in stiletto boots. I only think the performance got good when she busted out Like A Prayer - how awesome is that song?

Ps: that baby is so adorable, so envious you spent the whole afternoon with her!

Maybe you wanna check out my blog? It's new and the concept is simple: I show one gorgeous shoe a day. Who doesn't want to get their daily fix of shoes? ;)

I loved the half-time show! Madonna was back...finally! But I am glad that she covered her arms because they scare me a little. :-) No shame in eating the leftovers for dinner. HAHA! I would have done that too!

7 Layer Dip is probably one of the best party dips ever created. I'm obsessed.
